Decide before you enquire, not after
01 / Starter, the default
Starter, and exactly where it stops.
Think of it as a managed brochure — the facts of your firm, online and working, with somebody accountable for keeping them that way. For plenty of firms updates are rare, and that is exactly who it is for.
Custody Starter
Seven structural pages covers most specialist firms. The domain is the registrar’s own price — ~RM60 .com, ~RM100 .my — at cost, in your name even if you start with nothing.
02 / When to go higher
Starter leaves four things out. The managed tiers turn them on.
No updates in the fee, nobody scheduled to look, seven structural pages, no blog. Deliberate at RM600 — and each managed tier switches them on, harder as you go up.
Custody Lite
For when quoting every small change gets old.
Custody Standard
For a site that changes most months.
Custody Plus
For a site working hard, with proof you can read.
An update: one contained edit, done for you — a price, a phone number, an announcement, up to three photos. From Lite up, posting an article or a project story counts too. New pages RM150; design and writing quoted.
A review: we open your site with its traffic numbers, check what a customer would meet, and send the result in writing — what the numbers say, what we would improve next, and one question about the enquiries it brought you. Higher tiers report deeper.
Outgrow a limit mid-tier and we quote the extra or move you up — whichever is cheaper, and we say which. Borderline? Start lower: moving up at renewal costs no penalty, and paying for updates you never make is the more common mistake.
03 / Will it be any good?
Your site passes the test this page passes.
Speed, accessibility and build quality have published bars, and most of the web misses them. Every custody site ships on the machinery serving you this page — and none goes live until it passes the same benchmark in Google’s own test. The go-live scores are recorded in your handover, and the written reviews keep reading them.

04 / Can it be hacked?
The parts that get websites hacked are not in yours.
2026 has been a bad year for WordPress: poisoned plugin updates in April, six critical flaws under attack at once in June, wp2shell taking over default installs in July. A custody site sat out all three by architecture — no plugins, no database, no admin login. No cookies either, so no consent banner.
And what remains, we guard.
A smaller attack surface is not a zero one — this is the standing work inside every custody fee.
The honest limit: no website is “unhackable”, and we will never say it. A smaller surface still needs watching, at every tier including Starter.

We priced the whole market before pricing ourselves.
You should not need three agency quotes to know whether this is fair. So here are Malaysia’s published rates, annualised and dated, beside our ladder — the same year of care, priced by machinery instead of markup.

Billed yearly. Domain at cost (~RM60) on top — and that is the whole number.
The gap holds all the way up the ladder: Custody Standard at RM1,800 against small-business plans of RM3,600–9,600 a year; Custody Plus at RM2,700 against corporate plans of up to RM12,000.
07 / Whatever is stopping you
Missing pieces are work we cover, not reasons to wait.
No profile, no logo, email still on Gmail, nowhere to be found — the normal starting point. Everything below is priced line by line; add it when it matters, or never. We will not chase you.

Do the profile first — written once, it serves a tender, an introduction, and the whole site.
“A client said they could not find us.”
The first four together are RM400 rather than RM650 — the one bundle we sell.
“We are going for bigger jobs now.”
Tenders ask for evidence, and a services page is not evidence.
“We want changes without asking each time.”
The ad-hoc menu — tiers from Custody Lite up include allowances instead.
The rules on every line above: a number before work starts, every time. Two revision rounds are in every price; a third is RM150. Work with no fixed line runs at RM100–120 an hour, agreed first. A rush carries 25% on top — and we say when rush pricing is not worth paying.
