Where included in the agreed engagement, findings are reviewed and endorsed by the named Professional Engineer. The endorsement scope and report limitations are stated per job.

EndorsementProfessional Engineer endorsement (ST-registered, 275kV) is included where the agreed engagement requires it — the engineer is named in the quotation, with the endorsement scope stated per job.
Equipment & competencyFLIR thermal imaging; EA Technology UltraTEV Plus 2 for partial discharge — certified by its maker. Thermography certified by the Infraspection Institute (SNT-TC-1A). BO 33kV Competent Person for safe HV isolation. Personnel credentials, not company registrations.
