Custody is not a maintenance plan bolted onto whatever you already have. It is the same engineering company that does condition assessment for critical facilities, running your site to the same written scopes.
A fit review before any commitment: what the site is built on, what condition it is in, who controls it, and whether your company email runs on the same domain.
A site worth keeping moves across; anything else is rebuilt with you. Lost the original developer? The takeover route recovers what you still control first. Either way: fast, hard to break, documented.
Hosting, backups, publishing changes, traffic analytics, reviews that end in writing, renewals tracked — one company answerable for all of it.
Systems around the site — operations tools, dashboards, workflows — only when the case is real, always quoted.
04 / The ownership rule
Your domain, supplied content, brand assets, and business data remain yours — registered in your name, and documented, so leaving is a decision rather than a negotiation.
Everything that makes the business yours stays registered to you and documented — no hostage assets.
After a fully paid exit, your final compiled site can stay on your own domain and hosting — you leave with what’s yours.
Hosting, repositories, and deployments live in AMKA- or client-controlled accounts — never in an individual contributor’s personal account.
If you ever leave
Yours: domain, content and data — and a fully paid site can stay live, frozen as it stands. Ours: the platform and build system that serve every custody client. Active care ends when custody ends.
